Design Research and Analysis

Every role I’ve had has required research, internal and external. Context is key, but under the covers the approach is the same: active listening, biases put aside, asking great questions.

Service Design

I grew up as a UX designer during the early days of the web. I’ve created designs and experiences across many touch points and channels and where they intersect: print, web, mobile, brick-and-mortar, social, call center, and face-to-face. Everything I work on is founded in the principles of great user experiences.
