I’ve had a lengthy career in various User Experience roles, from Information Architect to UX Designer, from Service Designer to Design Manager.

All of my roles have been more successful because of strong foundations in research: solving the right problem and leading projects with needs-driven and data-driven insights. The resulting recommendations and solutions are far more solid with foundational research. I lead my work with a curiosity mindset.

My mission is to improve access to and usability of tools, services, and content that will help people live their lives more easily. I particularly like to uncover insights that will help break down barriers that prevent people for accessing what they need: Navigating complex systems is notoriously difficult and often leads to failure. These systems could be externally-facing for recipients of such services (UX/CX), or it could be improving internal workflows and procedures for employees who provide such services (EX). Or both. It's where my heart is.
